Your data is stored securely. Contact form submissions are received and stored via email. We do not store payment card details. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider and we have no access to your full card details.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Enquiry and registration data — up to 2 years from last contact. Newsletter subscribers — until you unsubscribe. Order data — up to 7 years in line with HMRC requirements.

Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate our website and business — including our hosting provider, email provider, payment processor, and Google Analytics (anonymised data only).
